Shipping and Returns Policy
Returns for refund (less shipping) or exchange are accepted on regular priced items if returned within 14 days of our outbound shipment.
Returns for store credit or exchange on regular priced items or best offer items can be made if returned 14-30 days of our outbound shipment.
Returns must be returned within 7 business days of Return Authorization number issued. Item must be returned in new condition, with no rips, marks, scuffs, stains, odors or other sign of wear. This includes boot bottoms so we suggest you try boots on in a carpeted area. All tags must still be attached in original manner. Boots must be returned in original box.
Free Shipping items returned with in 14 days will have shipping charges taken out of the amount to be returned.
Bargain Basement items are final sale.

Unused Returned Saddles will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Special Order saddles will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Unused saddles shall have no scuffs,wear marks from leathers, scratches,dirt or horsehair on the underside. Exchanges honored when item is available, otherwise, store credit will be issued. Buyer pays shipping on exchanged items.

In the event of product, shipping, or pricing errors, The Wire Horse will work with you to determine a reasonable solution, on a case-by-case, please use or contact form or call us to report any error that may occur.
The Wire Horse reserves the right to cancel and refund orders, and/or transactions that take advantage of obvious product or pricing errors.
